Pre-commissionThe artist will add the commissioner to their queue. At this point the turn around time should be expected to be no more than 90 days at maximum. If the commissioner does not maintain responsive communication, the artist is not responsible for delays.
During CommissionThe commissioner will receive a thumbnail or sketch to approve

The commissioner will be expected to maintain professional conduct during the commission process.
Post-commission/ DeliveryOnce done, the completed artwork will be sent via the commissioner’s preferred method in a scaled-down png file, and/or printed and mailed if needed. Files are typically around 2000x2000px and 300 dpi for regular digital commissions.
